How to receive an Interac e-Transfer
Service fees for Interac e-Transfer
At NDCU, there is no fee to receive money via Interac e-Transfer. Several of our account packages have e-transfers bundled into the monthly transactions. To send, a service fee of $1.00 per transaction applies. The fee is charged at the time of the transaction and is non-refundable.
Your mobile carrier may charge you for using your mobile device to access the mobile services provided by NDCU.

Send and receive funds electronically from accepting financial institutions in Canada, the US and abroad with our wire transfer service.
To send a wire transfer to an accepting financial institution in Canada, the US or overseas, you must complete and sign a wire-transfer request form available from any of our community branches.
Alternatively, you can log in to online banking and send the request via the secure Contact Us form.

These vary depending on the value, currency and the destination country. Non-conforming money transfers will be returned, minus fees.
Timing
Receiving a wire transfer
The individual or business sending the wire to an NDCU member initially transfers the funds to a central financial institution:
To receive a wire transfer to your account, you’ll need to provide detailed routing instructions, together with your full name, complete civic address (NO P.O. Box) and account information, to the individual or business sending the wire. Please contact your community branch for details on receiving a wire transfer.
Please note: The wire transfer will not be accepted if the beneficiary name (account holder), complete civic address* and account information are not specified. *Address that includes a P.O Box will not be accepted.
For your security
Many money-wiring scams are initiated through email or by telephone. You may get requests to wire money in order to obtain a prize, participate in a foreign lottery or business opportunity, or to get a credit card or loan. Never respond to such offers.
